Occasionally we will temporarily run out of stock of an item due to high demand. If this is ever the case for an item you ordered, we will send you an out-of-stock e-mail within 24 business hours. If you have a time-constraint on your order please respond to the e-mail and our Order Support team will work on a solution for you! You can also feel free to contact a Customer Solutions Specialist to check stock on the items you’re purchasing before your order is placed to ensure availability.

Canceling/Modifying an Order

Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order! If an order is already processing in our warehouse and being packed to ship, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. In order to maintain accuracy and efficiency in our order process, we are unable to alter any orders after they have been placed. If you would like to add to or modify your order in any way, please contact a Customer Solutions Specialist to cancel the order so you can reorder exactly what you need! 

If we cannot cancel an order because it has already shipped from our warehouse, please see our returns procedures.

Please note to ensure our customers’ safety online, all orders go through security checks before we start processing them. Keep this in mind while ordering, as there may be a slight delay between when you place the order and when we start processing it. For a small percentage of orders, we may request additional information via email to help ensure the order’s validity.

Payment Methods

Charges and Authorizations

Charges are only billed to your credit card once your items ship from our warehouse. You will be charged for the total order at the time of the first shipment, even if your items will be shipped at several different times. When you place an order on our site, an authorization is placed on your funds in the amount of your order. An authorization is a communication from your bank to our payment system letting us know your card is valid and the required funds are available. On your bank statement these authorizations may show as “pending,” but please keep in mind they are not charges. They are only authorization requests and will only result in a charge when your items ship.

Check Payments

We do accept check payments. Please note: once we receive the check there will be a 5 business day waiting period prior to processing your order as your check clears. To expedite the waiting period, you may send a certified check for payment. We can begin processing your order as soon as a certified check is received. 

Credit Card (Preferred Method)

We ask that all orders be placed online via credit card payment. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.


All of our pricing is listed in US funds. When ordering outside of the United States, the funds are converted to the local currency of the ordering country on your credit card statement. Since we only charge items as they are shipped, the rate of exchange is locked in at the time your order is shipped, and not when the order is placed. Credit card companies may charge a currency conversion fee. Please contact your bank for further details.

Image Policy

We strive to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, despite our best efforts, some product images prove difficult or impossible to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representative, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product. 

Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product even after reading the description and product literature, please contact us.

Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping

Free Shipping applies to only addresses in the Lower 48 United States. Small items will ship United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This can be tracked and typically arrives within two to four days. Heavier items (up to 150 lbs.) ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Typical delivery time ranges from one to five days. Yes, we will offer free shipping via the United States Postal Service to your APO or FPO address.

Paid Shipping

If your order does not qualify for free shipping – or if you require faster delivery – just enter your Zip Code on the checkout page and you'll see your shipping options and charges.

We offer the following shipping options:

FedEx Ground – U.S. only. 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery by the end of the business day.

UPS Ground – U.S. only. 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. 6–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

USPS Priority Mail - 1, 2, or 3 business day delivery based on origin, destination, and drop off time.

FedEx Express Saver – U.S. only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.

UPS 3 Day Select – U.S. only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery to businesses and to residences by the end of the 3rd business day.

FedEx 2Day – U.S. only. Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).

UPS 2nd Day Air – U.S. only, all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. 

USPS Priority Mail Express -  Overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. destinations

FedEx Standard Overnight – U.S. only (Hawaii service outbound only). Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.

UPS Next Day Air Saver – Available to the 48 contiguous states. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day. Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively. Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day.

FedEx Priority Overnight – U.S. only. Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m., or 5 p.m. in remote areas.

UPS Next Day Air – U.S. only, all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 10:30 a.m., Noon, or end of day depending on destination.

Additional Shipping Details:

  • All delivery times are measured in business days.
  • Expedited shipping rates are determined by weight and zone.
  • Standard delivery is not available on weekends.
  • Orders to P.O. Boxes may require additional shipping charges.
  • If in-stock items on the order have already shipped, back order items will be sent UPS Standard Ground.
  • Although a delay is rare, all orders are subject to a 24-hour delay to verify billing information with the credit card issuer. This hold may be necessary to protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft.
  • Orders shipping outside the Lower 48 States to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air services and will arrive via USPS Standard Post. 
  • Orders shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.) are shipped by USPS (6-10 business days).
  • International APO/FPO destinations may require additional delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for shopping at Our Daily Brew. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items
Sale items can be refunded.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
